Why the test is meaningful
A GUIDE is a deterministic selector over already proven capabilities. Inherited context can choose a narrower exact representation at the next round, but selection alone neither rejects a nonce nor changes the target probability.

What happened
Inherited-context guide contracts were compiled and their registered exactness checks passed.
Exactness and statistical controls
Context identifiers, preconditions, selected capability and guided output were checked independently across seven variants. No pruning or saving was attributed to GUIDE itself.
What the result means
GUIDE selects a capability; it does not itself reject candidates or demonstrate saved mining work.
Limitations
- GUIDE quality depends on the inherited context partition.
- Dispatch overhead is not yet amortized.
- Selection coverage is not mining selectivity.

Context IDs and guide outputs are frozen and checked independently.
